Design and Research of 4t Four-Way Hydraulic diesel forklift Truck A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Zhangzhancang Supervisor：Prof. WangJin Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 叉车作为物料搬运的最主要工具之一，广泛应用于各行各业的物流系统中。四向叉 车是叉车的一个品种，集平衡重式叉车、侧面叉车的优点于一身，显现出它独有的特点。 随着科学技术的不断发展，静压传动以其布局灵活、结构简单、无级调速、控制简便等 优点在叉车行驶系统中得到了越来越多的应用。本文通过对国内外四向静压叉车的发展 进行分析对比，讨论了 4t 四向静压叉车开发的可行性，并研究分析四向叉车的结构特 点、工作原理，确定了4t 四向静压叉车的开发思路及研究方向。 本文对 4t 四向静压叉车的总体方案，工作原理、主要技术参数确定、主要配套件 选型、各部件结构原理及试验进行了分析研究。从整机重量的估算、发动机的选取、驱 动系统配套确定、车速与驱动力的计算等方面对动力系统的匹配进行了论述；对工作装 置及其液压系统和主要元器件进行了分析计算；对整机稳定性进行了计算；对试制样机 进行了实验及分析。 论文基本上囊括了4t四向静压叉车开发过程的方方面面，该叉车目前已完成试制试 验。 关键词：四向静压叉车 设计方案 动力匹配 稳定性分析 试验 i Abstract As one of the main tool of material handling ，Forklift trucks widely used in many fields of logistics system.
