dikinase(PPDK))indifferentorgansoftensoybeancultivarswithdifferentyieldsweremeasuredatdifferentgrowth
stagesinChina.TheresultshowedthatfourenzymeactivitiesinC4pathwaywereobviouslydifferentamongcultivars,
especiallyPPDKactivitywasnotdetectedintheleavesofDongnong1567andDongnong 1068andtheyoungleavesof
Gongjiao9107—1andDongnong97-172,buttherewereweakactivitiesinpodcoats.TheorderofC4enzymeactivitiesis
youngleavesold leavespod coats.ThecorrelationcoefficientsbetweenPEPCaseactivityandyieldandbetween
NADP—MDH activityatbloomingstageandyieldwere0.6979and0.6565,respectively,andbothreachedthesignificant
level(5%),andPEPCaseactivitykeptsignificantpositivecorrelationwithplantphotosyntheticrate.Therewasanegative
correlationbetweenNADP-MEactivityandyield.andnocorrelationwasfoundbetweenPPDK activityandyield.
