Abstract:Numericalsimulation,basedonsimplereactionmodelsthatmanifestthedepositionqualityofsilicon

10and4,respectively.TheeffectsofRayleigh(Ra)andReynolds(Re)numbersontheSidepositionrateinthese
turbulent—typereactorsarediscussed.Theresultsshow thatthetime—averageddepositionrateisfairlyuniofrm and
fast.althoughtheinstantaneousdepositionisnon.uniforlTlintheseturbulentreactors.Inaddition.theincreaseof
theRenumberwithinacertainrangecancompensateforthepath1OSSofthereactantandobviouslyenhancethe
