Ф140mm机组装备条件下Ф54×5.6mm高压锅炉管的开发 摘  要 中国钢管生产近几年发展迅速,已经成为最大的钢管生产国和出口国。但是中国生产的钢管大部分钢级较低,高钢级高压锅炉管以及油井管还需进口。因此开发高钢级高压锅炉管具有重要的现实意义。 T91具有优越的使用性能,其高温抗氧化、高温强度优良;抗应力腐蚀、抗热疲劳性能优越。因此是很好的动力锅炉管材料,国内对此的需求量很大,但由于T91钢管生产难度较大,技术水平要求高,目前国内仍需大量进口。 本设计是在宝钢Ф140连轧机组装备条件下开发高压锅炉管产品,产品的规格是Ф54×5.6mm,钢种为T91。本设计的主要内容包括生产工艺流程、工艺制度的确定、孔型及变形工具的设计、轧制表编制以及设备强度与电机能力校核。 工艺制度主要包括温度制度、变形制度及有关技术规程的制定。孔型及变形工具的设计主要包括穿孔内外变形工具、连轧孔型及张减孔型的设计。 轧制表是工艺的核心,本设计确定了坯料规格(重量和长度)、各变形工序前后轧件的断面尺寸和变形工具参数的调整。 在本设计中采用计算机辅助设计绘制轧制工具及孔型图,并用VB对轧制表进行了编制。 关键词:T91;Ф140连轧机组;高压锅炉管;轧制表;产品设计 Design ofФ54×5.6mm high pressure boiler tube under the equipment conditions of Ф140mm Semi-Floating Mandrel Mill Abstract China has become the biggest steel producer and exporter because steel production has a rapid development in recent years. However, produced steel tube is of low level, and high-level high pressure boiler tubes and oil well tubes are still imported. Therefore, development of high-level high pressure boiler tubes is of important realistic significance. The tubes of T91grade have some superior performances, including excellent high temperature anti-oxidation capacity, high temperature strength, corrosion resistance and thermal fatigue resistance. So it is an excellent material for producing power boiler tube, they have a great domestic demand that T91 steel tubes in China, but they have to be imported so much because they requires advanced technology in practical production. This design is to develop high pressure boiler tube products based on BaoSteel Ф140 semi-floating mandrel mill. The product specification is 54×5.6mm, calibrated for T91. The main contents of this design including the production process flow, the process system, and the design of rolling paeees and deformation tool type, rolling list compiled and motor ability and strength. The process system includes temperature system, the system of deformation and relevant technical regulations. The design of rolling schedules and deformation tool include perforation and
