摘 要 随着汽车工业的发展,人们对汽车的乘坐舒适性和安全性的要求逐渐提高,因此对汽车的悬架系统和减振器也提出了更高的要求。这次设计的现代途胜2.0GL轿车的悬架系统是具有实际意义的。 本次设计主要内容是:现代途胜2.0GL轿车的前、后悬架系统的结构设计,前悬架采用的是目前较为流行的麦弗逊式独立悬架,后悬架采用的是平顺性较好的双叉骨独立悬架。前、后悬架的减振器均采用双作用液力减振器。还进行了悬架参数的确定。弹性元件的设计计算。导向机构和横向稳定杆的结构计算及强度校核。采用MATLAB软件对悬架系统的平顺性进行了编程分析,论证了该悬架系统设计参数的合理正确性。采用CAXA软件分别绘制前后悬架的装配图和部分零件图。 在这次设计中,采用了传统典型的悬架系统,尽量采用通用件,降低了设计的成本。在平顺性分析上,建立二个自由度的汽车振动模型,分别对轮胎、车身和座椅进行振动分析,可以体现出悬架衰减振动的能力是较强的。因此,这次设计的悬架系统具有良好的行驶平顺性。 关键词:独立悬架; 汽车减振器;导向机构;平顺性 Abstract With the development of the Automobile industry, people have been promoting the requirement for the safety and ride comfort quality of the vehicle. As a result, there is a higher demand on the suspension and the shock absorber system of the vehicle. The design of the Tucson2.0GL suspension system of the Tucson has a practical significance. The project mainly includes the design of construction of Tucson2.0GL front and rear suspension system. The popular Macpherson independent suspension is adoptd, and the Ride comfort is better double-wishbone independent suspension. Both front and back suspension includes the hydraulic double action shock absorber . The design includes confirming the parameters of suspension system, calculating concerning the components with the features of springs, checking the intensity and calculating regarding the structure of the guide mechnism and stabilizer rod. What’s more, the MATLAB software is used to analyze the ride comfort of the suspension system by programming, it also demonstrates the validity of parameters of the design concerning the suspension system. In the project, the traditionally classic suspension system is adopted and the common components are adopted as many as possible in order to decrease the cost of the design. When it comes to the design regarding the ride comfort, the shock model of the vehicle with 5 DOF is built for doing the shock analysis concerning these such as tires, body and seat of the vehicle, to do so can show the high capability in the attenuati
