Conclusion 9 Bibliography 10 The Use of Body Language in English Teaching in Middle School PENG Ping (Tutor: QIN Haitao) (Class 0701, College of Education and Science, Hubei Normal University, Huangshi 435002, Hubei) Abstract: As the effect of the New English Curriculum Reform, teachers and students are pursuing the effective teaching and learning methods, so the status and the functions of the body language in English teaching in middle school has been paid much attention by English teachers. Body language not only strengthen the affection between teachers and students and stimulate student’s aesthetic feelings, it can also improve the teaching effect. But most English teachers can not apply the body language appropriately in English class , the purpose of this paper is trying to tell them the functions of the body language and how to apply the body language properly in English class. At last, English teachers can get some revelations from it and achieve the English instructional objectives easily and efficiently. Key words: body language;middle school; English teaching 身体语言在英语教学中的运用 彭萍 (指导教师:秦海涛 ) (湖北师范学院 教育科学学院 0701班 湖北 黄石 435002)摘要:受英语新课程改革的影响,教师和学生都在追求有效的教学方法。身体语言在英语教学中的地位和功能已经引起了英语教师的足够重视。身体语言不仅增强教师和学生之间的情感、激发学生的美感,同时也可以提高教学效率。然而,大部分教师在课堂上不能够合理的运用身体语言,这篇论文的主要目的是告诉他们身体语言的功能以及如何在课堂上合理的运用身体语言。最终可以让英语教师从中得到一些启示、容易而又有效的达到教学目标。 关键词:身体语言 英语教
