夏利轿车前独立悬架设计 摘要 轿车前悬所使用的是麦弗逊式独立悬架。式悬架有着结构简单、紧凑、占用空间小等众多优点,在现代轻型汽车中得到了广泛的运用。 本文分别从设计、制造、仿真分析、优化等方面对夏利用麦式悬架进行了设计分析。悬架中关键零部件如:螺旋弹簧、横向稳定杆、减振器等的设计和选型;空间坐标变换的方法分析了悬架的结构特点和运动特征,并以此为基础建立了悬架的物理模型和数学模型。论文还根据仿真结果(车轮定位参数与车轮跳动量的关系曲线),对悬架性能进行了简要评价。最后,运用机械优化理论,以干涉量的加权均值为目标函数,转向横拉杆断开点的位置。关键词:夏利轿车;麦弗逊式悬架;设计计算;运动分析;转向横拉杆断开点;优化设计;工艺分析The design of the front suspension of XiaLi automobile Abstract The kind of the front suspension in XiaLi automobile is Macpherson suspension . Because of its characteristics of simple structure, low-cost and space economy, Macpherson suspension has become the most popular independent suspension since its emergence, and it is widely used in automobile especially in cars. the paper summarized the design and analysis of the front suspension of XiaLi automobile in aspects of design, manufacture, simulation analysis and optimization design. Firstly the Paper complete the suspension of key components such as : helical springs, anti-roll bar and damper in the design and selection ,and then the dimensional positions of points on the left Macpherson suspension while the front left wheel jumps are calculated with the method of dimensional coordinate transformation. The paper also gives a brief performance evaluation According to the simulation result. Based on the requirements of general layout, a constrained optimization design model is set up with the steering cross rod ball joint position as the optimization variables (design parameters), and the sum of steering cross rod length interference while the left front wheel bouncing as the objective function. And the optimization results are worked out by programming on computer. The difference between the optimized and the original design is figured out. The results indicate that the modeling method in the paper is practical.
