摘 要 近年来,铁路交通建设和城市道路基础建设的发展,为国民经济的发展,特别是交通运输、交通旅游、加强地区联系、促进地区之间经济发展中发挥了巨大作用。同时,铁路桥梁结构类型、施工技术水平也随之有了相应发展,特别是预应力混凝土连续粱桥施工工艺发展更是日新月异。 桥梁是铁路跨越江河、山谷及其它线路(公路、铁路)等障碍物的重要结构物,我国的桥梁建设水平已经迈进了世界先进行列。在桥梁建设中,先进设备、先进技术及新工艺、新材料得到了广泛应用,特别是近年来随着高速铁路建设的迅猛发展,预应力混横土连续梁桥己经十分成熟,其建设队伍空前壮大,其施工工艺及技术正在不断被广大工程技术人月所掌握。 本文内容主要以高速铁路预应力混凝土连续梁施工工艺为主线,叙述了脚手架施工工艺,模板施工工艺,钢筋施工工艺,混凝土施工工艺,预应力施工工艺,孔道压浆及封端施工等。本文所依据的分析理论和采用的计算方法能很好的反映实际情况,对同类型的建设具有一定的参考价值。 关键词:悬浇箱梁 0#块 悬臂梁 施工工艺 ABSTRACT In recen yearsm,the development of the rail communication cinstruction and the city road infrastructure has made great impact on the develop of national economy,especially on communications and transportation,transptation travel,reinforcing the region cuntact and promoting the economy development betweenthe regions.At the same time,the structure type of railroad bridges and the construction craft development of prestressed concrete continuous bridge has also been changed each passing day especially. In bridge construction, advanced equipment, advanced technology and new technology, new material has been widely applied, especially in recent years, with the rapid development of high-speed railway construction, prestressed transverse mixing soil continuous girder bridge has been very mature, the unprecedented construction team, the construction technology and technology is constantly being the general engineering one month.
