The architecture contains four floors. Its whole floorage is 2478, Its total height is 16.5m, the seismic fortification intensity is six-degree. Seismic grade is three-grade and fireproof rank is secondary. The structural form is reinforcement concrete casting. The foundation style is pile. The main work of the design includes two parts, the architectural design and the structural design. The architectural design comprises plane design 、vertical design and so on; The structural design includes calculating of load. the analysis of internal force, design of sections and so on. Three different load situations are taken into consideration in the interior force calculation, which are vertical constant load, live load and wind load. After the frames layouts is determined, various loads are calculated through software PKPM. We should finish each kind of working drawings.
