Correct正确: Use specific facts or figures; Give specific time with date; etc. Courteous礼貌: Be polite and use formal language. Considerate周到: keep your readers needs in mind as you write. Convincing可信: Present yourself of reliability and competence. Reinforce and make yourself more believable.
