2015 届毕业设计(论文) 题 目: HRT对ABR反应器与常规反应器处理效果的对比研究 摘要 COD浓度为2500mg/L、3500mg/L的模拟水样 本次实验的研究结果如下: (1)实验中发现,两个联合反应器中水样的COD去除主要发生在厌氧阶段,经过充分的运行时间后,ABR反应器的COD去除率在95%左右,常规厌氧反应器的COD去除率也达到了90%以上。ABR反应器较常规厌氧反应器COD去除效果更好更稳定。 (2)ABR与常规厌氧反应器对于氨氮的处理效果并不是特别明显,ABR反应器的氨氮去处理率为21%,而常规厌氧反应器的氨氮去除率也只有18.86%。 (3)在厌氧阶段HRT为48h,进水COD浓度为2300mg/L、3200mg/L。开始运行时,COD与氨氮的去除效果未达到最佳,在运行48h后,去除效果开始稳定,工艺Ⅰ 和工艺ⅡCOD去除效果出现相似趋势,去除率达到97%左右。工艺Ⅰ 氨氮去除率稳定在60%左右,但在第35天后,氨氮去除率逐渐下降并稳定在54.5%左右;工艺Ⅱ氨氮去除率在66%左右,在第35天后,氨氮去除率逐渐下降并稳定在62.31%左右。 关键词:ABR反应器 常规厌氧反应器 水力停留时间(HRT) 高浓度有机废水处理 Abstract This article with COD concentration of 2500mg/L, simulate water 3500mg/L sample as subjects, The experimental using ABR + biological contact oxidation reactor as a process Ⅰ, conventional anaerobic reactor to process biological contact Ⅱ, comparative study of the technological process Ⅰ, Ⅱ in COD, ammonia treatment effect, while the effects of different HRT, PH, VFA for ABR and conventional anaerobic reactor compartments impact.
