226B柴油机气缸套材料为耐磨的铜硼铸铁,内孔表面为耐磨的平台网纹结构,内孔尺寸φ105 0+0.022,其中直径φ105 0+0.011为A组,在外圆距上端面70mm处标记有绿点,直径φ105 +0.011+0.022为B组,在外圆距上端面70mm处标记有红点,A、B分组直径是在距上端面60mm处测量,测量值为2个相互垂直方向的平均值,且2次测量差值小于0.011mm。在距上端面0~200mm范围内测量,2个相互垂直方向的平均值在φ105 0+0.022范围内,且2次测量差值小于0.016mm。同一台柴油机所装配的气缸套分组必须一致。Cylinder liner material adopts wear-resisting copper boron cast iron, inner bore surface plateau honing cross hatch, inner bore diameter φ105 0+0.022. Group A diameter φ105 0+0.011, mark with green dot at 70mm of outer surface from upper end; Group B diameter φ105 +0.011+0.022 mark with red dot at 70mm of outer surface from upper end, the diameter is measured at 60mm from upper end, measured value is the average value of the two values measured in mutually vertical directions. the difference should be less than 0.011mm.
