移动流媒体带宽配及数据调度策略研究.pdf

摘 要 随着无线网络技术的发展，3G 网络技术全面普及，越来越多基于3G 网络的应 用需求迅速增长。近些年，人们不再满足传统手机业务的信息量过少、视觉体验不 够丰富，手机视频、手机电视、可视电话等更丰富更炫目的视觉体验业务的需求快 速增长。由于无线网络状态不稳定、带宽容量有限、传输不稳定等特性及移动终端 的运动性，给移动流媒体业务服务质量的保证带来了难度。 首先，对移动流媒体应用中带宽分配问题进行研究。针对有限的无线网络带宽 与移动流媒体用户服务质量相约束的问题，给出了一种基于分层多描述编码动态带 宽分配策略。其次，对移动流媒体的数据调度策略进行研究。结合移动流媒体节点 运动特性给出了相应的数据调度策略，小区内节点数据调度和小区切换节点数据调 度。针对小区切换数据调度会涉及到无线接入点的选择做了补充研究，给出了一种 适合移动流媒体应用的无线接入点选择策略。 通过理论分析，验证了给出的带宽分配策略是基于用户服务质量公平的，数据 调度策略对数据传输可靠性的改善，提高了系统的服务能力。通过仿真实验，表明 给出的带宽分配策略在保障用户服务质量的基础上提高无线网络带宽的利用率，也 降低了系统阻塞率。通过仿真实验，表明给出的无线接入点选择策略一定程度均衡 各无线接入点负载，提高系统接纳节点能力。 关键词：移动流媒体，带宽分配，数据调度 I Abstract With the development of wireless technology, 3G network technology is universal coverage, and more and more application requirements are rapidly growing. In recent years, the traditional phone business which is too little information and not rich visual experience cannot meet peoples needs, which promotes the expansion of richer and more dazzling visual experience business, including mobile video, mobile TV and video telephony and so on. However, unstable state of the wireless network, limited bandwidth capacity, unstable transmission and the movement of mobile terminals bring difficulties to the quality assurance of mobile streaming media service. First, we analyze the bandwidth allocation issues in the application of mobile streaming media. Aiming at the problem of the constraint between the limited wireless network bandwidth and users’ service quality, this paper presents a dynamic bandwidth allocation strategies based on hierarchical multiple description coding.
