The 27 fundamental-mode frequency is about 0.15 Hz, which is the natural frequency of the 28 skyscraper. Spectral ratios of ground accelerations at the building to those at a nearby 29 borehole station increase from unity at the fifth floor underground to factors of 110 30 and 146, respectively, on the 74th and 90th floors above ground for the 31 fundamental-mode vibrations. In addition, a second-order polynomial function can 32 well describe the correlation between the frequencies of fundamental and higher 33 modes and their ordinal numbers. The frequency content of accelerograms, recorded 34 on the fifth floor below ground from the great 2011 Tohoku-Oki earthquake, appears 35 mainly
