中国钛白粉“十一五”现状和“十二五”发展建议 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　唐 建 　　　　　　　　　　（江西中邦钛业公司，江西萍乡　337016） 摘 要：系统总结了国钛白粉十一五发展现状、存在的问题。结合国钛白粉行业实际情况，在未来年，基于对国钛白粉产品需求将继续增长的预测，从提高工艺技术水平、加强装置的大型化、集中化、规模化建设，开发新产品，进行深加工，钛白粉生产向西部资源基地转移，要稳定钛铁矿资源的开发和供应，对钛白粉生产进行清洁化生产等方面出发，提出了国钛白粉行业十二五发展建议。 ：钛白粉；现状；建议中图分类号： 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-4990（2012）06-0000-00 The present situation in “the eleventh five-year plan”and the suggestions in “the twelfth five –year plan”of the titanium dioxide industry in china TANG JIAN Industry Co.,Ltd （ PC：） Abstract: This paper summarized the development, the existence questions and the obtained experiences and lessons during “the eleventh five-year plan ” period of the titanium dioxide industry in China. In combination with the actual situation of titanium dioxide industry, in the next five years based on the forecast that the demand of titanium dioxide will increase gradually in our country, from improving process and technology level and strengthening the device of large-scale, centralization and construction, developing new products, processing, transfering to western resource base of the titanium dioxide’s production , stabilizing the development of titanium iron ore resources and the supply of titanium dioxide production, producting titanium dioxide cleanly and so on, the paper put forward the suggestions and countermeasures in the tatanium dioxide industry in China during “the twelfth five-year plan”.
