Subject :Development on The Automatic Monitoring Control System of Mine Ventilator Specialty :Mechatronic Engineering Name :Guo Cong min (Signature) Instructor :Li Man (Signature) ABSTRACT Mine ventilators are indispensable safety equipme nts in coal mine, and they play important roles in safety production in coal mine. Therefore, efficiently automatic monitoring and control on ventilators can be not only significant in safety production, but also meaningful in energy-saving and emission reduction. In this paper, aiming at the problems existed in monitoring and control system of ventilator, combining with the production requirement s in coal mine, the automatic monitoring and control system based on PLC and configuration technology was designed, which realized real time monitoring on vibration, temperature, humidity, methane concentration, amount of ventilation, speed, and pressure, and realized automatic control on amount of ventilation. In the system, the subordinate computer opted for S7-300 programmable controller to complete collection and control of main control parameters of ventilator, and the communication with principal computer. The principal computer adopted MCGS configuration software to develop the monitoring and control interface, display the parameters of ventilator which are transmitted by subordinate computer. Besides, it can also record relative data and alarm.
