小学期药分实验论文 《复方阿司匹林片APC鉴别、杂检、含量测定》 指导老师：李迎春 实验室老师：李晓娟 姓名：刘倩倩 2012515081 组员： 郑泽宇2012515036 陈嘉媛2012515084 隆建翔2012515038 班级：12级临床药学 电话 邮箱：1321843331@ 地址：药学院 日期：2015/9/10 复方阿司匹林片APC鉴别、杂检、含量测定 摘要：目的 用药物分析学方法评价复方乙酰水杨酸片的质量。方法： 1、阿司匹林的鉴别：与三氯化铁反应，阿司匹林的水解反应，薄层色谱法。 2、复方片剂的杂质检查:检查片剂中游离水杨酸，检查片重差异。 3、复方片剂中各组分的含量测定：容量滴定法，高效液相法，紫外分光光度法结果： 鉴别实验方法专属性强，确定复方阿司匹林片中有阿司匹林成分。杂质检查实验发现游离水杨酸含量超过杂质限量；片重差异小于5%。容量分析法测得复方阿司匹林片中阿司匹林含量为标示量的95.95%，非那西丁含量为标示量的79.33%，咖啡因的含量为标示量的76.34% 。紫外分光光度法测得每片含量为0.2044g准确度93.52% HPLC法测得阿司匹林含量0.2031g，准确度92.41%。结论：所检测的复方乙酰水杨酸片不合格。 关键词：复方乙酰水杨酸片，紫外分光光度，高校液相色谱，含量测定。 [Abstract] Objective：Evaluate the quality of compound aspirin tablets by pharmaceutical analysis method. Methods： 1、Distinguish of aspirin: Reaction with ferric chloride，hydrolysis reaction of aspirin and TLC. 2、Impurity test of compound tablets: check the free salicylic acid in tablets ,check the variation of tablet weight. 3、Determination of components in compound tablets：Volumetric titration 、ultraviolet spectrophotometry and HPLC. Results: The specificity of distinguish experiment is good to determine aspirin composition was existed in Compound A.P.C. The result of impurity test experiment shows that the amount of free salicylic acid is beyond the impurity limit; the variation of tablet weight is less than 5%. The content that test by volumetric analysis of aspirin, phenacetin, caffeine in Compound Aspirin tablets is 95.95%, 79.33% , 76.34% in each labeled amount. Accuracy rating is 93.52%. The content of aspirin in compound tablets is 0.2031g that test by HPLC , which accuracy rating is 92.41%. Conclusion：The Compound Aspirin Tablets were test is unqualified.
