J I A N G S U U N I V E R S I T Y 本 科 毕 业 论 文 彩印企业物料分析及其库存控制研究 Color printing cmpany material analysis and study on the inventory control 学院名称： 管理学院 专业班级： 物流管理0802 学生姓名： 邓 渊 指导教师姓名： 罗建强 指导教师职称： 讲 师 2011年 6 月  彩印企业物料分析及其库存控制研究 专业班级：物流0802 学生姓名： 邓渊 指导教师：罗建强 职称：讲师 摘要 随着经济的飞速发展，库存控制的变得越来越重要，而库存的数据量也越来越大。物料分析及库存控制在每个企业当中都是十分重要的环节, 库存控制这个问题在国内外也已经做过很多研究。本文主要给大家介绍几种常用的库存控制理论，比如ABC分析法、MRP等然后结合实际企业情况及数据，从而达到降低成本的目的。并且对运用后的实际效益做了分析，更好地掌握了理论在实际中的运用。 关键词：库存控制 ABC分析法 定期订货法 定量订货法 Color printing cmpany material analysis and study on the inventory control Abstract With the rapid development of economy，inventory control is becoming more and more important，inventory data volume is also growing。Material analysis and inventory control are very important links in each enterprise，they are related to the production, delivery and material purchasing。 The problems of inventory control at home and abroad have done a lot of research。This paper mainly introduce several commonly used inventory control theory，such as the ABC analysis method、Economic Order Quantity and so on。Then combined with theof the enterprises，classify the materials，divided into correlation and independence in two categories，and using a different approach to its management，so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost, improving inventory。Then we analysis the benefit after using the theory， and master the theory in practical use better。 Based on the analysis of enterprise inventorythe primary and the secondary material can be seen，so the management and procurement using different method can be more effective inventory management, improve enterprise efficiency, causes the enterprise to obtain better development.
