要。本文在对国内外水下保温材料及保温结构调研和基于 FLUENT 软件对油水 隔离沉垫舱保温性能进行数值模拟研究的基础之上,选择泡沫玻璃砖作为沉垫 储油舱的保温材料,填充在储油舱的内、外壁之间。基于理论计算对油水隔离 沉垫舱加热工艺进行研究,将原油加热工艺设计为循环加热工艺。利用物理模 型试验对沉垫收、发油及保温加热系统进行研究分析。对油水置换舱内隔膜的 运动规律进行研究分析,并分析膜的运动情况和沉垫进出管的布置方案对收发 油的影响,据此来验证平台收发油方案的合理性。同时利用模型舱来研究舱内 温度场的变化情况,测试结果说明泡沫玻璃砖可以满足沉垫储油保温的要求。 关键词:自升式平台;储油沉垫;水动力性能;运动响应;地基稳定性; 水下保温 万方数据 Research on Several Key Technologies of Jack-up Platform with Oil Storage Mat Abstract Accelerating the development of offshore petroleum resources is the urgent demand for economic development, which has an important strategic significance in China. Safe and efficient exploitation of offshore petroleum resources mainly depends on the cognition of the ocean environmental conditions and the development and improvement of marine engineering equipment technology. The offshore platform is not only an important equipment to exploit petroleum resources, but also the foundation of offshore production and life. Although offshore and shallow sea oil exploitation has been maturely developed, new deepwater platform is imminent as the depth of oil exploitation increases. The Mat jack-up platform is a modern production system, which has oil storage function, and can simultaneously achieve the drilling, production and storage.
