(北京) CHINA UNIVERSITY OF PETROLEUM 毕 业 论 文 西部原油管道 实现常温顺序输送的可行性分析 院系名称:石油天然气工程学院 专业名称:油气储运工程 学生姓名:魏玉迎 学 号:2002032126 指导教师:李鸿英(副教授) 完成日期 2006 年 6 月 19 日 西部原油管道 实现常温顺序输送的可行性分析 摘要 通过实验测量了新疆境内出产的北疆、吐哈、塔里木等三种混合原油的流变特性参数,结合西部原油管道配置及管道埋深处不同月份的地温情况,对西部原油管道能否实现对三种原油的直接常温顺序输送进行了可行性研究。实验结果表明:塔里木原油的凝点为-10℃,具有很好的低温流动性,可实全年直接常温输送吐哈原油和北疆原油凝点比较高,分别是11℃和12℃。分别以原油凝点低于管道埋深处最低地温、原油凝点比管道埋深处最低地温低2℃和原油凝点比最低进站油温低3℃三个条件作为判据对西部原油管道能否实现常温输送进行了可行性分析。结果表明,在7~10月,管道能够实现对三种混合原油的直接常温顺序输送;在地温较低的11月次年5月,对北疆及吐哈两种混合原油进行改性处理或采用加热输送工艺,才能确保管道的安全运行6月份处于能实现常温混输的临界状态,仅由于北疆混合原油的凝点(12℃)高于判据③(11.8℃),管道无法实现常温输送。 feasibility of West Crude Oil Pipeline at Normal temperature Abstract Three crude blends from Xinjiang, including Beijiang, Tuha and Tarim should be pipelined by West Crude Oil Pipeline, which form Urumchi to Lanzhou of in Northwest of China. To determine the feasibility of the pipeline transporting these 3 oils in batch without heating, the flow characters including gel point and viscosity of these 3 crudes were experimentally measured. Three criterions were used to judge the feasibility, which are “whether the gel point of crud is higher than soil temperature or not”, “whether the gel point of crud is of 2 ℃ lower than soil temperature or not” and “whether the gel point of crud is of 3℃ lower than inlet temperature or not”. It is found, Tarim crude oil blend has the best flow ability, whose gel point is -10℃ and abnormal point is 8℃. However, flowability of Tuha and Beijiang crude is worse, whose gel point is 11℃ and 12℃ respectively. Based on this data, it is impossible to transport 3 crudes in batch without heating by this pipeline in November to May of next year. In July to October, this pipeline could transport crude oil without heating. June is a critical month, just for Beijiang crude blend doesn’t satisfy criterion ③, to transport crude without heating by this pipeline was in danger.
