铝合金进气歧管消失模壳型铸造工艺

摘 要 近年来,随着汽车等交通工具的零部件“轻量化”、“精密化”,对铝合金铸件的需求数量大增,同时对其组织质量和性能要求也越来越高,尤其是薄壁铝合金消失模铸件巨大的工业需求获得广泛关注。针对当前大多数铸造工艺在生产铝合金进气歧管铸件时遇到的成型困难、铸造缺陷多、品质低等问题,本论文将“消失模铸造精密泡沫模样成形”、“熔模精密铸造制壳技术”、多项精密铸造技术相结合,开发出铝合金消失模壳型铸造新技术,用于生产高质量较大尺寸复杂薄壁铝合金精密铸件。该工艺有诸多优点:泡沫塑料模样结构设计灵活,尺寸稳定,收缩小,成本低,能够产生中大型复杂紧密铸件;浇注前脱去泡沫模样,可避免消失模铸件易出现的皱皮,夹杂等缺陷;铸件具有熔模铸造精铸件的质量,且克服了熔模铸造不能用于大件及成本高的不足。通过对典型复杂薄壁铸件铝合金进气歧管铸件消失模壳型铸造工艺的分析研究,选择合适的工艺参数及浇注系统,为铝合金进气歧管铸件的消失模壳型铸造实际生产提供理论依据和技术支持。 关键词:铝合金进气歧管;消失模壳型铸造;泡沫模样 Abstract In recent years,along with the lightweight, precision of the vehicle transportation part, the number of aluminum alloy castings demand increase, and the quality and performance requirements higher, especially the huge industrial demand of thin-walled aluminum alloy castings lost foam castings gains widespread attention.Aiming at the?forming?difficulty, casting defects and quality?problems of most of the current?casting process?encountered in?the production of aluminum alloy?intake manifold?casting,the paper which combines “lost foam casting precision foam molding”,“shell casting technology”and a number of precision casting?technology developes the?aluminum alloy vanishing mould casting new?technology for the production of high?quality?large?complex thin-walled aluminum alloy?castings.There are many advantages:flexible foam structure design,stable dimension,low shrinkage,low cost and it can produce large and complex compact castings;Before pouring off the foam, it can avoid casting cockle ,inclusions and other defects appearing easily;Casting has precise quality and it overcomes the shortage and high cost for large casting.Through the analysis of the?aluminum?alloy intake manifold?casting?shell mould?casting process,we can select appropriate parameters and pouring system to provide theory evidence and technical support for the practical production?of expendable pattern shell?type aluminum?alloy intake manifold?casting.
