中华人民共和国教育部 东北林业大学 毕 业 设 计 设计题目： 开心果包装的系统化设计 学 生： 指导教师： 学 院： 工程技术学院 专 业： 包装工程 2012年5月  开心果包装的系统化设计 摘 要 本文介绍了开心果国内外包装的现状及存在的问题，并对开心果自身的物理性质和化学性质进行分析，考虑其流通环境。针对这些物理性质，结合现阶段新材料新技术的出现，合理选择包装材料，设计包装工艺流程，提出完整的开心果包装设计方案。再此基础上，进行开心果内外包装的设计，对其瓶身结构和胸标薄膜进行装潢设计。并运用CAD、ProE等绘图软件对开心果包装进行实际包装设计，装潢设计加入中国民族文化特色，以满足消费者对产品文化底蕴的定位，满足精神需求，达到突出产品特征、吸引顾客、环保、民族特色等效果。根据设计的工艺流程，选择合理的包装机械，对其生产线进行设计，通过实际调研弥补如今开心生产工艺上的不足，以市场上同类产品的生产为思路，加入特色的创新，完成开心果的生产工艺的改进设计。 开心果；包装结构设计；工艺改进设计 The improvement of pistachios pachaging design and process Abstract This article describes the current situation and the existing problrms of the packaging ofpistachins at home or abroad.
