轧辊堆焊机床设计（床身及夹具设计） 摘要：钢轧辊的堆焊技术已有30多年的历史，它逐步从对裂纹的修复和对磨损部分的修复发展到复合轧辊的生产。目前，轧辊堆焊技术已是轧钢厂降低辊耗、提高轧机作业率、增加产品产量、改善产品质量、降低生产成本的一项行之有效的措施。其中轧辊堆焊机修复废旧轧辊，运用堆焊的方法，不仅使轧辊使用寿命比原来有所提高，而且还实现废辊再生，具有重要的经济意义。 床身是堆焊机的主要支承件，它支承着堆焊机的床头箱，尾座等部件；承受着重力，摩擦力等静态力和动态力的作用。其结构的合理性和性能的好坏直接影响着堆焊机的制造成本；影响着堆焊机各部件制件的相对位置精度和堆焊机在工作中各运动部件的相对运动轨迹的准确性，从而影响着工件的加工质量；还影响着堆焊机的工作效率和寿命等。本次设计的目的是把普通机床床身改造为轧辊堆焊机床床身。 夹具的主要作用为缩短辅助时间、提高劳动生产率、保证加工精度稳定、扩大机床使用范围 ，减轻劳动强度。通过对夹具的作用的了解，结合轧辊堆焊机夹具的用途，本文另一设计主题是目设计一种简约经济的对轧辊的夹紧装置。 关键词：轧辊堆焊机 、床身 、三爪卡盘、顶尖尾座 Design of Roll welding machine （The major Design of Bed and fixtures） Abstract: Steel Roll welding technology for more than 30 years of history, it gradually from the crack repair and restoration of the worn part of the development of the composite roll of the production.
