小型卧式混合机合质量的试验研究.pdf

摘 要 饲料混合机是饲料工业的主要设备之一，混合性能会直接影响混合机的生产 率、混合功耗和混合质量。目前，中国小型饲养场和个体养殖户较多，小型饲料混 合机应用较广。本论文以卧式饲料混合机的混合加工机械为研究对象，重点试验研 究饲料混合过程，主要内容有： 根据本研究的目的和要求，将实验室现有手动式小型卧式混合机改造成小型卧 式混合机性能试验装置，用电动机代替了人力，通过变频器调整混合机的转速，以 满足试验要求。 混合均匀度和混合功耗是判断混合机性能的重要指标。为了对小型卧式混合机 的混合均匀度和混合功耗进行研究，本文选择转子转速、混合时间、充满系数为试 验因素，通过单因素和多因素试验，对混合均匀度和混合功耗进行试验研究，分别 研究了转子转速、充满系数、混合时间对混合均匀度和功耗的影响。在多因素试验 研究中，仍以转子转速、充满系数、混合时间为试验因素，各选5 个试验水平，并 考虑了因素间的交互作用。选用正交表 L25 （56）进行试验，通过对试验结果的分 析研究，获得了影响小型卧式混合机混合均匀度和混合功耗的主要因素。 综合单因素和多因素试验研究，获得了小型卧式混合机各参数之间的最佳匹 配：转子转速为40r/min 左右、混合时间为4.5min、混合机的充满系数为0.5。 关键词：小型卧式混合机；混合质量；饲料混合均匀度；测定 Study on Mixing Performance of Small Horizontal Mixer Abstract Feed mixer is one of the main equipment of the feed industry, mix will directly affect the performance hybrid, hybrid power and productivity of mixed quality.
