In this paper, the solutions of cloud infrastructure, network environment and resource management are discussed, and the corresponding cloud environment was constructed. By the comparison of perfor- mance between the virtual machine and PC machine in CPU, Memory, Disk I/O, the availability and scalability of the platform were validated.
