毕 业 论 文 近年来我国中小企业的出口现状和出口路径选择 ——以浙江温州为例 学 院： 国际商学院 专 业： 国际经济与贸易 班 级： 学 号： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 日 期： 近年来我国中小企业的出口现状和出口路径选择 ——以浙江温州为例 摘 要 中国入世后的几年，是中国对外贸易发展迅速的几年，也是中国企业逐步走向国际市场的几年。近些年来我国中小企业频繁接触国外企业，在国际市场上也越发的活跃，成为我国对外贸易的一只重要力量。但是相对于大企业，中小企业在出口贸易里面临的问题更多。由于规模小，缺乏相应的出口经验，以及各种宏微观的限制，中小企业在面对国际市场风险方面，往往显得准备不足。因此，对中小企业的出口进行研究也是符合现实的经济发展需要的。 本文通过借鉴一些国内外的专家学者的研究方法和研究经验，在对中小企业，出口贸易风险做出概念界定后，对中小企业的实际发展状况，在对外贸易中常见的风险进行了分析，最后针对这些风险提出了相应的对策，从宏观层面上提出了中小企业改善出口环境所应做出的努力和改进，从微观层面上针对不同的出口贸易风险，提出了不同的应对策略。 关键字 中小企业；对外贸易；出口贸易风险 THE EXPORT SITUATION AND THE CHOICE OF EXPORT FOR OUR COUNTRY’S SMES ---- TAKE WENZHOU ZHEJIANG FOR EXAMPLE ABSTRACT A few years after Chinas accession to the WTO, the rapid development of Chinas foreign trade for several years, Chinese enterprises gradually enter the international market a few years. In recent years, Chinas SMEs frequent contact with foreign enterprises, more and more activity in the international market, is becoming an important force in Chinas foreign trade. But with respect to the problems faced by large enterprises, small and medium enterprises in the export trade more. Due to the small scale, lack of export experience, as well as a variety of macro and micro limit, small and medium enterprises in the face of international market risk, often seem ill-prepared. Therefore, the exports of small and medium-sized enterprises are also in line with the reality of the needs of the economy. In this paper, by drawing on a number of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in research methods and research experience, make a concept defined in the risk of small and medium-sized enterprises, export trade, the actual development of the SMEs in the foreign trade common risk analysis, and finally the corresponding countermeasures against these risks, from the macro level, SMEs should be made to improve the export environment efforts and improvements, from the micro level, different strategies for different export trade risk.
