It is mainly due to the enhanced greenhouse effect produced by greenhouse gas emission into the atmosphere as a result of fossil fuels combustion and the forests cutting down in the land. Coal-fired power plant contributes more to the CO2 emission and is a concentrative CO2 emission sources. Improving power generating efficiency, accelerating the fuel substitution and capturing CO2 directly from the flue gas of the power plant can be taken into account to control land reduce CO2 emission to the atmosphere, with the last being the most important method to control CO2 emission nowadays. This article describes various types of chemical absorption method’s process characteristics, scope, status and economy, and ultimately determine the Removal of carbon dioxide with ammonia. FLUENT software is used to simulate the absorber,Through the simulation of the absorber, Clear the influence of air distribution plate’s presence or absence and the point of it to the tower flow and Decarburization efficiency, And draw appropriate maps and speed of cloud, Analysis and comparison of the simulation results, And recommend improvements. Simulation results show that, The presence of air distribution plate can significantly improve the flow distribution, Make it more uniform, Thereby increasing the efficiency of decarburization. Further simulations show that the air distribution plate in 30 degrees is best.
