No need for expensive drive shaft mounts. The torque setting is defined in the model code as a percentage of maximum rated input torque of the pumps. There are two adjustment ranges available for each frame size. One range is from 20-60% of the pumps maximum input torque and the second range is from 50-90% . The slope on the link piston defines the adjustment range . P2/P3 pumps with load sense or pressure compensator controls are assembled with the low range ( 20-60%) link piston as standard. That makes converting from a LA control to a TA control very easy, as the link piston stays the same. However, if a customer has a P2 pump with a LA control and needs to convert that pump to a TC torque control pump (50-90% range), the pump would need to be disassembled to change the link piston. Most torque control applications to date require the 20-60 % adjustment range . Read slide For proper operation and long service life it is imperative that the pump installation follow the catalog installation requirements. Most critical are the case drain pressure limits, the operating fluid specifications and viscosity, the fluid cleanliness and maintaining the pump case full of oil. P2060 is available with a SAE B 2 bolt mounting or a SAE 4 bolt C mount. The P2/P3075 and P2/P3105 are available with a SAE C , 2/4 combination flange.
