围手术期心理干预对前列腺癌去势治疗患者心理状况及生活质量的影响 崔世芳1 黄冬梅2 开滦（集团）有限责任公司医院泌尿外科河北唐山 063000 Shifang Cui1 Dongmei Huang2 Department of Urology, The Hospital Kailuan Limited liability company, Tangshan 063000 [摘要]目的：探讨围手术期心理干预前列腺癌去势治疗患者心理状况及生活质量的影响。方法：总结在我院泌尿外科住院的经去势手术治疗的前列腺癌患者90 例随机分为心理干预组和对照组各45 例，干预组患者除接受常规手术、药物治疗及护理外，予以围手术期心理干预；对照组接受常规的手术、药物治疗及护理，按照文章中参考的核心问卷方法和自评分计量表格进行评定，评定时间和方法是干预前、术后7天及1个月（门诊复查时）与患者进行访谈，填写问卷进行评定。结果：手术治疗1周后干预组所有患者在生活质量等方面的统计指标显著高于对照组患者（P0.05）。而SAS 及SDS 评分则明显低于对照组（P＜0.01)。结论：围手术期心理干预能改善前列腺癌去势治疗患者的心理状况，减轻焦虑抑郁情绪，提高生活质量。 [关键词]围手术期,心理干预,前列腺癌 Peri operation period of psychological intervention on the psychological status of patients with prostate cancer treated with castration effects and quality of life [Abstract]Objective:To explore the peri operation period of psychological intervention on mental status of patients with prostate cancer treated with castration effects and quality of life. Methods analysis in hospital after operation in treatment of patients with prostate cancer in 90 cases were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 45 cases in each group, patients in the intervention group in addition to routine operation, in accordance with article reference core questionnaire method and self ratings of metric form assessment, assessment method and time is before the intervention, after 7 days and 1 months ( outpatient reexamination ) and patients in interviews, questionnaires are evaluated. Results:the operation after 1 weeks of treatment intervention group all patients in the quality of life and other aspects of the statistical index was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05).While SAS and SDS score was significantly lower than that of control group (P0.01).Conclusion:during the operation period of psychological intervention can improve prostate castration in the treatment of patients with mental condition, relieve anxiety and depression, and improve the quality of life.
