螺旋CT及MRI对先天性脊柱侧弯的应用价值 王艳艳1 宋利平1 赵胜2 杜笑松1 任基伟1靳宏星1 （1 山西省肿瘤医院，2 山西医科大学第二附属医院） 【摘要】 目的：探讨单纯全脊柱三维CT重建、MRI和全脊柱三维重建同时行CTM检查对于先天性脊柱侧凸患者全脊柱畸形的应用价值。方法：比较三组共59例先天性脊柱侧弯患者在脊柱全貌、顶椎及脊髓三方面的显示率，第一组25例于脊髓造影后5－6小时后行全脊柱三维CT重建，第二组20例仅行全脊柱三维CT重建，第三组14例仅行MRI检查。结果：第一组25例在脊柱全貌、顶椎及脊髓显示方面满意度均为100％；第二组20例在显示脊柱全貌、顶椎方面满意度为100%，脊髓显示的满意度为40%；第三组14例脊柱全貌显示满意度为21.4%、顶椎显示满意度为42.8%，脊髓显示满意度为71.4％；。结论：先天性脊柱侧弯患者术前全脊柱重建结合CTM能全面了解脊柱畸形及脊髓异常，为完善手术计划提供较好的依据；MRI不能全面显示脊柱畸形，但显示脊髓异常较好，可以作为单纯螺旋CT三维重建后可疑椎管病变的补充检查。 关键词 先天性脊柱侧弯 全脊柱三维重建 MRI CTM The clinical application of single spinal three-dimensional computed tomography reconstructions of CT, single MRI or spinal three-dimensional computed tomography reconstructions of CT after CTM in congenital scoliosis patients WANG yan-yan,SONG li-ping,ZHAO sheng,JIN hong-xin,DU xiao-song,REN ji-wei.Department of Radiology,Shanxi Tumor Hospital，Shanxi 030013,China 【Abstract】Objective：To evaluate the clinical application of single spinal three-dimensional computed tomography reconstructions of CT, single MRI or spinal three-dimensional computed tomography reconstructions of CT after CTM in congenital scoliosis patients.Methods Compare the appearance of the spinal full view、spinal apical vertebra and spical cord between the three groups（the first group of 25 cases with spinal three-dimensional computed tomography reconstructions of CT after CTM ;the second group of 20 cases with single spinal three-dimensional computed tomography reconstructions of CT;the third group of 14 cases with MRI）.Results All the showing rates of the first group in are 100%，；The showing rates of the second group in spinal full view and spinal apical vertebra are the same，but lower in spinal cord of 40%；Each showing rate of the third group in the spinals full view、spinal apical vertebra and spinal cord is 21.4%、42.8% and 71.4%。Conclusions The three-dimensional computed tomography reconstructions after CTM are more helpful than single MRI and single spinal three-dimensional computed tomography reconstruc
