内容摘要 第三产业的兴旺发达成为现代经济的重要特征，其发展水平成为衡量现代社会 经济发达程度的重要标志。当经济发展到一定水平时，第三产业发展速度普遍高于 第一、第二产业，对于整个国民经济的发展，起到一定的推动和促进作用。就当前 我国来说，加快发展第三产业显得尤为重要。商业是第三产业的重要组成部分，是 促进城市发展最为活跃的因素，其的发展水平在相当程度上反映着经济发展的水平。 商业的空间结构是影响商业发展的重要因素之一，商业企业的区位是否与市场融合、 是否与城市发展相协调直接关系到企业的生存能力和发展活力。在此背景下，本文 以兰州市为研究对象，从商业活动的供给和需求两个方面研究兰州市商业空间结构。 论文首先介绍了兰州市经济社会发展概况，以及商业发展状况；然后根据调查 数据，从供给角度用聚类分析的方法分析兰州市商业中心的等级体系；接下来从需 求的角度分析兰州市消费者的消费特征及消费者行为对商业空间结构的影响；然后 尝试分析商业空间分布的供需均衡机制，研究商业供需相互作用下的空间均衡—— 商圈；最后根据商业空间布局的一般规律尝试预测兰州市商业的空间结构发展趋势。 论文试图从理论上丰富西部欠发达地区城市商业空间结构研究理论成果，为兰州市 未来商业中心等级体系构建提供理论参考。 关键词：商业空间结构 商业活动载体 商业活动主体 商业中心 II Abstract In the modern economy, the tertiary industry has become an important engine of economic growth.Its level of development has become an important indicator to measure the degree Of a modern socio-economic development. When the economy develops to a certain level, the tertiary industry growth rate generally higher than the first and second industries,and promotes the development of national economy as a whole.Therefore,it is very important to accelerate the development of tertiary industry.Business has become the symbol of modern urban development and competitiveness. Cities are the engine of development of human society and the basic environment of modern economic activity, and the relations of modern production and consumption are based on cities. It has become the primary way of business survival and development that the orientation of commercial enterprises consorts with the market environ
