四川天真按摩流的整理研究

中文摘要
目的：本研究旨在通过对四川天真按摩流派的学术渊源、理论体系
和临床操作及运用的总结，提炼出其学术特点，以利于其继承与发展。
方法：采用文献溯源、走访调研以及技法录象等形式，通过全面考
查，从理论与实践上提炼出其临床与理论特点。
结果：总结天真按摩流派的学术特点为：1. 脘腹操作，以通为用；
2. 整体按摩，触诊查病；3. 重点按摩, 力度深重；4. 循经按摩，扶
正祛邪；5. 形神合一，以神御气等五大学术特点。
结论：学科的学术特点不仅表现在其操作特点上（如整体与循经按
摩），更应该表现在其对于研究对象的深刻的、独到的认识，以及建立
在这种认识基础之上的特殊的理论和方法等方面。我们通过对该流派的
文献和临床的全面考查所得出的天真按摩流派的五大学术特点比较真
实的反映了该流派的本质。

ABSTRACT
Objective： To refine scholar character of Tianzhen School of massage
and to heir and develop it by concluding its scholar origination, theorical
system and clinical practice.
Methods ： Through comprehensive textual criticism,
document-originated methods, investigation and researches are adopted to
refine the clinical and theorical character.
Result ：The scholar character of Tianzhen School of Tuina is summed
up as follow.The 1st: Manipulate in stomach and in order to open. The 2nd:
The whole parts massage and touching to find diseases. The 3rd: The part
massage and the deep power. The 4th: Massage though the maridians,
support positive and remove negative. The 5th: The association of body and
mind and using mind to control the Qi in body.
Conclusion：The Academic character of a certain subject is manifested
not only on the manipulation, but on the combination of the certain special
cognition for the search subject and the specific theory and methods based
on the cognition. The five main academic characteristics through our
