重庆港口物流发展研究 重庆工商大学 2011级物流管理高敏 指导教师 张军 摘要：随着社会经济的发展和科技的进步，物流从最初的“实物分销”到“后勤”再到“供应链”，其内涵和功能正在不断扩大。因此，为了研究探索港口物流发展模式，优化港口资源配置，对推动重庆港口物流经济集约化、规范化、信息化和智能化建设，完善和发展港口物流综合体系的目的。首先阐述论文写作的背景和意义，介绍关于港口的物流发展状况；接着从理论上对港口物流作了研究，着重介绍港口的基本概念、港口物流的功能、港口物流的运营模式、港口物流的发展趋势、港口物流的作用；用加强港口物流基础设施、供应链联合策越、整合港口物流信息资源、提高港口物流水平等方法，解决港口通道不完善，吞吐能力受限、港口资源利用不合理、港口服务管理水平，信息化不高等问题。从而使处于陆运和水运两大运输系统的结合点上的港口，可以充分发挥对各种物流活动进行组织、协调、衔接及配送、仓储、保税、通关、加工等流程服务的优势，使其成为发展物流业的连接器和推进器。 关键词：重庆港；港口物流；模式；资源配置 Abstract:With the development of social economy and the progress of science and technology, logistics from the initial physical distribution to logistics and then to supply chain , its content and function is expanding.Therefore, in order to study to explore the port logistics development model, optimize the port resource allocation, to promote chongqing port logistics economic intensive, standardization, informationization and intelligent building, the purpose of perfecting and developing port logistics integrated system.
