人才培养模式改革和开放教育理工类毕业设计（论文） 安徽广播电视大学 毕业设计(论文) 分校名称 合 肥 教学点名称 合 肥 年级名称 2 0 1 3年 秋 季 专业名称 机械设计制造及其自动化(本科) 课题名称 基于米厂6SXM-378色选机设计 学生姓名 童 玉 生 指导教师 刘 辉 2015年 11 月30 日  摘 要 中国是世界上最大的大米生产国与消费国，全国65%以上的人口以大米为为主食。随着人们的生活水平的提高，人们对大米食用的品质也越来越高，不仅对大米的口感要求提高，且对外观质量要求也随之提高。为了得到精白的大米，满足食用的安全性和外观质量，必须去除石头、黑粒、黄粒、病斑粒，生芽粒、霉变粒和完整谷粒。 色选机就是在这种情况下应运而生的，它主要用于大米的筛选加工操作，即筛除不良品，并对不良品进行分类，在本文中，我们主要讨论色选机结构的设计。其开发过程主要包括人机界面和机械结构开发两个方面。 本文介绍以大米加工为代表的大米色选机的产生背景与研究意义，讲述主要功能模块的设计、色选机的工作原理和色选机主要部件及其作用。色选机主要部件包括震动喂料器、滑道、电控箱、分选箱、光路、高频喷阀、出料斗等。色选机主体支架采用Z字型，结构精密器件和控制系统安装在封闭式箱体内，防尘，安全性好。 关键词：大米，色选机，机械结构 Abstract At present,china is the worlds largest rice-producing countries and consuming countries,more than 65percent of the population of staple food is rice. as peoples living standards improve,the quality of rice consumption is rising,not only for the taste of the rice requirements to improve the appearance quality requirements also will increase.
