九年级期中复习——阅读理解（四） A Margaret Mead was born on December 16,1901,in Philadelphia. Her parents were both teachers, so was her grandmother. They all believed that not only education but also the world was very important for children, so Margaret learned much from them. When she was a child, Margaret’s family traveled a lot. She was always interested in people and places, so she decided to study anthropology（人类学）in college to learn about different cultures .At that time it was not very common for women to study in a university.
