纯电动汽车电机驱动系统传动机构参数设计
摘要:汽车是人们生活的重要交通工具,随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的人开始购买汽车。但是,汽车的大量使用带来了能源消耗,资源短缺,环境污染等一系列问题,这些问题促使各大汽车公司竞相研制各种新型无污染的的环保车。而电动汽车是以电能为能源,通过电动机将电能转化为机械能,这完全符合研制零污染汽车的理念。因此,电动汽车作为解决资源短缺,环境污染等问题的重要途径,得到了快速发展。本文对动力传动系部件的设计参数进行研究,根据纯电动汽车性能要求进行主要参数的设计及匹配,通过对具体车型的计算,建立仿真模型,并在cruise软件下进行仿真实验,模拟得到其动力性能,验证该模型车辆动力性能的可行性。分析影响续驶里程、最高车速和最大爬坡度的各种因素,提出能够很好地提高电动汽车动力性能的措施和方法。进一步探讨主要参数的确定,选择并设计出一种切实可行的纯电动汽车的动力传动系设计方案。

Parameters Designation of the Transmission Mechanism System in Battery Electric Vehicle with Motor Driving
Abstract: The car is an important traffic tool in peoples life, along with the improvement of peoples living standard, more and more people begin to buy cars. However, a lot of use of the automobile brought the energy consumption, shortage of resources, a series of problems such as environmental pollution, these problems have prompted the major car companies to develop various kinds of new pollution-free green car. Electric vehicles to electric energy, through the motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, which is entirely consistent with the development of the concept of zero pollution motors. Therefore, the electric vehicle is an important way to solve the shortage of resources, environmental pollution problems, obtained the fast development. This paper design parameters of powertrain components, and matching design of main parameters according to the requirement of pure electric vehicle performance, through the calculation of concrete models, simulation model is established, and simulated in cruise software, simulation of the dynamic performance, verify the feasibility of the model of vehicle dynamic performance. Analysis of the influence of mileage, the maximum speed and maximum climbable gradient of various factors, we can very good measures and methods to improve the dynamic performance of electric vehicle.
