不同剂量醋酸铅 对雌性小鼠主要脏器影响的研究 高 利 萍 (2013届药物制剂专业1班) 摘要:为研究不同剂量醋酸铅对雌性小鼠主要脏器的损伤,将120只昆明系雌性小鼠随机平均分为醋酸铅高、中、低剂量组(30、20、10 ㎎/㎏)10次。取各组小鼠的心、肝、脾、肺、肾,分别观察病理变化、称湿重、做病理切片进行光学显微镜观察。试验结果显示:低剂量组小鼠生长发育无明显异常;中剂量组小鼠从第12 d开始生长缓慢,高剂量组从第9 d开始生长缓慢。高剂量组小鼠脾、肾受影响极明显,肺受影响明显,心、肝受影响不明显;中剂量组小鼠心、肺受影响不明显,肝受影响明显,脾、肾受影响极明显;低剂量组小鼠心、肝、肺受影响不明显,脾、肾受影响明显。结果表明铅对小鼠主要脏器产生毒害作用,特别是表现在肺与脾脏上,从而严重影响着小鼠的生长与发育。 关键词:醋酸铅;内脏器官;病理变化;生长发育;雌性小鼠 Study of the Effect of Different Doses of Lead Acetate on the Main Organs of Female Mice GAO Li-ping (Class 1 of Pharmaceutical Preparation, Graduated in 2013) Abstract: To study the effect of different doses of lead acetate on the main organs of female mice, 120 Kunming female mice were randomly divided into high,medium, low dose groups(30, 20, 10mg/Kg) of lead acetate and the normal saline negative control group, injected intraperitoneally every two days, ten times in total. Get the heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney of each group mices to observe the pathological changes, to weigh the wet weight, and to make pathological slices, meanwhile to observe them with optical microscope. The results show that: The growth and development of mice in the low dose group showed no abnormlities; the medium dose group of mice from the 12st day began to grow slowly, and the high dose group began to grow slowly from the 9st day. High dose group mices spleen, kidney, were affected extremely significant; the lung was affected obviously, and the heart, liver were not affected obviously. The medium dose groups heart, lung were not affected obviously, the liver was affected significantly, and the spleen, kidney were affected extremely significant. The low dose groups heart, liver, lung were not affected obviously and spleen, kidney, were affected significantly. The results show that lead acetate can produce toxic effects on main organs of the female mice, especially in the lung and spleen, which can seriously affect the growth and development of the mice.
