毕业设计(论文) 题 目 太阳能发电设备直驱    容积控制式液压系统设计 摘 要 太阳能发电设备直驱式液压系统传统太阳能发电设备驱动系统,该系统具有传动比精确、承载能力强等诸多优点,特别适用于大功率太阳能发电设备。 本文通过对太阳能发电相关理论知识研究、太阳能发电设备工作时工况分析、转叶马达设计、直驱式液压动力源集成化设计,最终完成太阳能发电设备直驱式液压系统设计。关键词 太阳能发电;直驱式电液伺服系统;定日镜;液压技术 Abstract Direct Drive Volume Control (DDVC) Electro-Hydraulic Servo System is a new kind of volume speeding electro-hydraulic servo system. It has both advantages of AC servo motor control’s flexibility and of hydraulic great force. Due to the features of high reliability, high energy-saving efficiency, simple operation and control, small integration, etc., the system has been widely applied to the equipments in many fields and has gained a lot of economic benefits. So it is widely considered to be one of the most important developing directions of the hydraulic control system. In this paper, contact with the application of solar power generation equipment background, explore designing the solar power generation equipment using DDVC Electro-Hydraulic Servo System. After have studied some time, it is shown that DDVC Electro-Hydraulic Servo System can be used as solar power generation equipment drive system, and it meet the driving standard. Comparing with traditional solar power systems, DDVC Electro-Hydraulic Servo System has transmission ratio accurate, strong load-bearing capacity, and many other advantages, it is particularly for high-power solar power generation equipment. In this paper, based on the research of theoretical knowledge of solar power generation and the analysis of its working conditions, designing the vane hydraulic motor, the DDVC hydraulic power source, and finally complete the designing of solar power generation equipment using DDVC Electro-Hydraulic Servo System.
