It is also an effective measure to solve the agriculture, countryside and farmers issue and realize the coordinated development betw een city and countryside. It is very important for buil- ding an innovative country and speeding up new rural construction. The construction status of agricultural science and technology innovation in Henan province is introduced in this paper. Through learning domestic and foreign experience, new ideas and countermeasures on speeding up construction of agricultural science and technology innovation system were brought forw ard.
