The rchitectur l functions nd seismic perform nce of this t ll building w s improved too. The super high-rise office building in Q - t r, the world first f ir-f ced concrete di gr id columns exterior net tube structures w s dopted. A series of effective technic l improvements w ere pplied, such s cre ting fine finite element model to simul te construction sequence, dding steel benches in some cross nodes, minimizing the building decline, p rti lly prestressing inste d over prestressing in ring be m s nd etc, to corr ect the import nt mist kes in structur l tender design, to ensure this project be s fe nd be constructed successfully .
