A. The principal parts B. The optional parts 1、Letterhead Heading refers to the name and address of the sender. Contents: Generally, a letterhead will include the company logo, companys name, address, telephone number, fax number and email address, and the web address if available. You can decide from the date line whether an order is fulfilled, a contract or an agreement is in effect, or a bill is paid.” 2 ways in writing the date: 1. write in logical order of day, month, year; 2. write the date after the month and use a comma between the day and the year. For example: 3rd October, 2009 (English way) October 3rd, 2009 (American way) 3、Inside Address Contents: Receiver’s name or his/her official title; Company’s name; Number of the house and name of the street; District, name of the town or city; State or province, ZIP code; Name of country.
