年产30万m3商品混凝土搅拌站工艺设计 摘要 混凝土搅拌站是随着水泥的诞生而产生和发展的。它是建筑、桥梁、道路、大坝等工程施工中的必备设备,它由贮料、配料、搅拌、放料等结构部件组成,是一个受多环节制约的复杂系统。而随着我国经济建设的高速发展,综合国力不断增强,国家对基础设施建设的投资力度加大,拉动了市商品混凝土的高速发展,从而产生了现代的混凝土搅拌站。 本设计的主要宗旨是高效、节能、环保等特点,所以设计为全封闭骨料堆场,它的设计极大的降低了粉尘和噪音的污染。而且将砂石料含水量受天气影响降到最低,解决了冬季施工因砂子产生冻块对混凝土质量造成的影响,节省人工,减少工人的劳动强度。由于料场封闭后的保温作用还降低了冬季搅拌水电加热费用,节约了能源消耗。 为解决搅拌站长期困扰的车辆洗刷水和混凝土残渣回收问题,我们设计了车辆的清洗问题。通过车改,可以把混凝土残渣中砂石和水泥浆分离,实现了砂石再利用,并能将刷车水实现再利用,达到无污染水废物排出和水资源充分利用的目的。 关键词:混凝土 配合比 砂率 搅拌机 配料 Annual output of 300,000 m3 of concrete mixing plant process design goods Abstract: Cement concrete mixing station, with the birth of the emergence and development.
