摘 要 通过比较多种不同的方法,以及借鉴其他物质的制备方法,采用聚合物前驱体法来制备Zn2SnO4纳米粉体。并利用X射线衍射、红外、比表面积等手段对制得的样品进行表征。鉴于Zn2SnO4纳米粉体的性能较好,于是对Zn2SnO4纳米粉体的光催化性能、光致发光性能进行测试。分析结果表明,制得的粉体为Zn2SnO4纳米粉体、SnO2和ZnO的混合粉体,混合粉体的光催化性能及光致发光性能均较好。 关键字:Zn2SnO4纳米粉体 聚合物前驱体法 光催化性能 光致发光性能 Abstract By comparing several different ways, and learn from other substances in preparation methods, decided to adopt the polymer precursor method which havent being used in preparing Zn2SnO4 nanometer powder. The samples obtained were characterized by means of XRD, IR, BET surface area. In view of the good performance of Zn2SnO4 nanometer powder, so decided to test the photocatalytic properties and photoluminescent properties of Zn2SnO4 nanometer powder. The results show that the obtained powder was the mixture of Zn2SnO4 nanometer powder, SnO2 and ZnO powder, and the Photocatalytic Property and photoluminescence properties of mixed powders are good.
