学 号：200901050227  HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 毕业设计说明书 GRADUATE DESIGN 设计题目：对辊式破碎机控制系统设计 学生姓名：刘文杰 专业班级：09电气2班 学 院：电气工程学院 指导教师：王海群 副教授 2013年05月29日 摘 要 本说明书介绍了国内破碎机的发展现状及其存在的问题，同时介绍了可编程控制器PLC的工作原理及其编程软件STEP7的使用方法，另外说明书还介绍了西门子MM440变频器的使用。本设计是一种基于PLC-300程序的全自动对辊式破碎机控制系统，本设计包括硬件设计、软件设计两部分。 本说明书第6章介绍了对辊式破碎机的硬件设计，硬件设计包括了对辊式破碎机的工艺、控制过程、硬件选择和硬件的接线。其中重点介绍了对辊式破碎机的控制过程及其硬件接线，并且配有系统控制原理图跟PLC硬件接线图各一套。 本说明书第7章是对辊式破碎机的软件设计部分，软件设计包括了系统程序流程、PLC的输入输出I/O分配、系统程序的编程。程序编程部分介绍了PLC编程软件STEP7的安装和系统程序的编程过程。本章配有系统程序流程图、I/O符号表。程序梯形图3套。 关键词 对辊式破碎机；PLC-300；西门子MM440变频器   Abstract The manual describes the development of the domestic status quo Crusher and its problems, at the same time introduced the PLC programmable controller and its working principle STEP7 programming software to use, and specification also describes the use of Siemens frequency converter MM440.
