农民工子女受教育权现状 毕业论文.doc

摘 要 随着社会主义现代化进程的加快和社会主义和谐社会的全面构建，教育领域的公平问题也越来越受到人们的重视，同时，农民工子女这一弱势群体的受教育权也逐渐进入大众的视野继而被广泛关注，并由此展开了对如何保护农民工子女的受教育权的探讨。农民工子女受教育权的现状堪忧，他们在就学机会、入学途径和升学过程方面存在着不平等，然而造成农民工子女受教育权不平等的原因主要包括法律层面的原因和社会方面的原因。农民工子女也是祖国的未来，但他们的受教育状况令人堪忧，这不仅会影响我国实现教育公平，也不利于我国构建社会主义和谐社会。本人认为要完善我国的法律体系，加快户籍制度的改革，扩充教育经费以及提高农民工自身的文化素质以保障农民工子女的平等受教育权。本文主要是从跟随父母一同进城的农民工子女为视角，以他们目前的受教育现状为对象来进行研究。同时文中还针对该现状分析了其原因以及提出了相关的解决方案。 关键词：受教育权； 平等； 农民工子女 Abstract With the acceleration of socialist modernization and the overall construction of socialist harmonious society, fairness in education is getting more attention has been paid, while the children of migrant workers the right to education of vulnerable groups into the public view is gradually then be wide attention and has been carrying on how to protect migrant workers the right to education of children. Children of migrant workers worrying situation the right to education, opportunities for them in school, and study the process of admission means there is inequality, but inequality caused by children of migrant workers the right to education, including legal aspects of the main reasons for the causes and social causes. Children of migrant workers is also the future of our country, but their education in a bad way, it will not only affect our equitable education is not conducive to building a socialist harmonious society in China. I think that to improve our legal system, accelerating the reform of household registration system, expanding education funding and improving the quality of their own culture of migrant workers children of migrant workers in order to protect the equal right to education. This article is from the parents to follow the children of migrant workers into the city with the perspective to their current status as the object of education research.
