This paper first introduced the FSI technology concept and its advantages and disadvantages. In the inlet and jet engine based on the comparison, has studied the FSI technology in pneumatic system, fuel system and the working principles, focusing on analysis of FSI engine, homogeneous stratified charge lean mixture, homogeneous mixture of three kinds of modes of the fuel system structure and working principle. In the diesel fuel injection technology, Volkswagen engine uses a hierarchical oiling and uniform filling two kinds of mode. FSI technology has great potential for development, will be bigger and will replace the current port injection technology. And this paper also focuses on the FSI engine working principle is analyzed, and through the list of cases, the FSI engine s common fault analysis, investigation, put forward solutions.
