 PAGE VII  PAGE 311 摘 要 毕业设计是根据青岛市浮山办事处综合楼工程的招标文件的招标须知、合同条件、技术规范、图纸及其他有关文件而编制的投标书。本工程建筑面积为5893.36平方米，总造价6670742.24元，每平方米造价1131.98元，计划总工期250天。 该毕业设计包括：商务标、技术标和结论。商务标包括土建、装饰、安装，以及综合单价的分析；建筑工程量计算规则严格按照《山东省建筑工程清单计价应用》中的计算规则进行计算，工程造价则是应用定额套价，严格按照山东省的计价规范。技术标是从人、材、机方面来进行建筑施工的综合布置，主要包括编制依据、工程概况、施工总体部署、施工准备工作、主要分部（分项）施工方法、确保工程质量的技术组织措施、确保安全生产的技术组织措施、确保文明施工的技术组织措施、成品保护措施、降低环境污染和噪声的措施、确保施工工期的技术组织措施、季节性施工措施、质量通病的防治措施、附图表，从技术、施工、物资等方面采取措施来确保建筑工程的施工进度、工程质量与施工安全，并在此基础上合理的降低建筑的成本。 关键词：标书；商务标；技术标；工程量；施工方案 Abstract Graduation is based in Qingdao City, Fushan Office integration building works tender notes tender documents,contract conditions,technical specifications, drawings and other relevant documents and the preparation of tenders.
