* How to eat to keep fit 嵇 昊 October11,2010 As we all know that,snakes include a high Calories,which is always known as a serious threat to our health.But snakes are also women’s necessities. snakes substitution Snakes can be divided into three sorts based on its influence on our health. The first one :Snakes we can eat every day,including fresh fruits and milk,nuts and fresh fruit juice. These snakes have low levels of sugar,fat and Calories.And they have an abundant level of nutrients. The second one:Snakes we can eat once or twice every week,including black chocolate,dried fruit,dairy products, Lactic acid drinks and ham. They have a middle level of sugar,fat and Calories,so we can only eat occasionally. The third one:Snakes we can never eat more than once every week,including french fries,candy ,fried food,perserved food,and Carbonated beverages(碳酸饮料). Because they have a high level of sugar,fat and calories,which can lead to obesity and cancer. If you want to eat chocolate cookies,you can use Whole wheat chocolate bar(全麦巧克力棒) to instead it. The taste of this snake is similar to that of chocolate cookies,but it has lower levels of fat and Calories,At the same time,it is easier to control the number of rods we eat when it is individually packaged. If you are eager to the fried potato chips,you’d better use baked potato chip to instead it. Fried potato chips have very low nutrients and are harmful for our skin.Compared with fried potato chips,it is better for us to eat baked potato chips. No matter whether you believe it or not,milk shake(奶昔) has both good taste and high Calories.If it can be replaced by yogurt,the Calories we get will be reduced sharply.There are many kinds of vitamins in yogurt,such as B1,B2,B6,B12.These vitamins can help us to get rid of harmful substances in our body.
