This thesis mainly studied the carbon fiber load white-rot fungi and aerobic denitrifying bacteria for dye wastewater treatment, concrete research content is as follows: First, after the separation, purification and identification of pure white rot fungi, pretreatment of carbon fibre, and respectively - H2SO4, FeCl3 of oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface modification, compared before and after load modified white-rot fungus with Congo red, methyl orange, methylene blue and malachite green 4 kinds of bacteria as a single dye wastewater load and processing effects, and the results showed that successively after - H2SO4, FeCl3 modification of carbon fiber immobilized white-rot fungi on dye wastewater has good treatment effect, especially for malachite green dye wastewater, the removal rate of chroma reached 88%. Second, the polyvinyl alcohol - sodium alginate embedding method and carbon adsorption method respectively immobilized white-rot fungus anaerobic-aerobic effect of immobilized denitrifying bacteria to enhance bacteria, and treatment of the malachite green dye wastewater in the reactor, results show that immobilized white-rot fungus chromaticity removal effect of dye wastewater were better than aerobic denitrifying bacteria, aerobic and immobilized denitrifying bacteria on the CODcr removal rate of dy
