中国东、中、西部地区吸引FDI的统计数据分析比较 毕业论文.doc

摘 要 随着经济全球化的程度加深以及改革开放的不断深化，中国已经成为接受外商投资最多的国家之一，仅次于美国，居发展中国家之首。然而，外商直接投资在中国的区域分布极不平衡。近年来，外商在中国的直接投资主要分布在东南沿海地区，尤其集中于珠江三角洲及闽南地区和长江三角洲地区，中西部地区偏少，这主要是由自然资源、劳动力成本、市场容量等一系列因素造成的。随着社会经济的发展，区位因素也发生了变化，外商直接投资更注重基础设施、人力资本、完善的政府制度和法律制度等。 本文综合运用外商直接投资理论与地理学等相关知识，采取理论联系实际的方法分析了外商在华直接投资区位选择问题。理论方面，本文利用外商直接投资的区位理论，分析了外商在华直接投资区位选择的决定因素。在实证部分，本文根据外商在华投资的发展历程以及区位分布情况，归纳总结出外商在华直接投资的主要区位因素，即市场因素、成本因素、制度因素等。 本文最后，通过对中国东、中、西部地区吸引FDI的统计数据分析比较，对各地区外商直接投资发展做一个综合评价，并对加快中西部地区吸引外商直接投资提出了一些政策建议，以便更好地吸引外商直接投资和保持外商直接投资在中国均衡发展。 关键词：外商直接投资 区位因素 发展现状 政策建议 前景展望  ABSTRACT With the deepening of economic globalization and the deepening of reform and opening up, China has become the accepted one of the largest foreign investment after the United States, ranking first in the developing countries. However, foreign direct investment in Chinas regional distribution is extremely uneven. In recent years, foreign direct investment in China are mainly distributed in southeastern coastal areas, focusing particularly on the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta region and the southern, central and western regions less than normal, mainly by natural resources, labor costs, market size, etc. a series of factors. With the social and economic development, location has changed, more emphasis on foreign direct investment in infrastructure, human capital, improve the system of government and legal system. This paper uses theory and geography of foreign direct investment and other related knowledge, practical approach to theory with analysis of Foreign Direct Investment for the problem.
